Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Native Saver jewelry. If something is not right, you can return it under the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and inserts included.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalized pieces and gift cards are final sale.

How to start a return

Contact us at our contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
