Native Saver ships orders placed on nativesaver.com. This policy explains how and when your jewelry is sent.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel has not arrived, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
